MEET ASANA BLOOM YOGA FOR ALL
Welcome to Asana Bloom, Yoga For All. I am a San Francisco born native and have been living abroad with my husband Jeff and our 3 children for the last 4 years. We moved from the Netherlands to the UK in 2015, where we lived and I taught yoga in a beautiful Cotswold Village in Oxfordshire. We have just bought a beautiful home in St Andrews, Scotland and I am excited to begin teaching here very soon! Stay tuned for Yoga Retreats!
I have been practicing yoga in many forms for over 25 years. Four years ago, I embarked on the journey to become a teacher.
I am honoured & grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from some amazing yogis around the world, I have been able to take this knowledge and teach it to my fellow practitioners in Oxfordshire for the last four years.
I am a Hatha Yoga CYT-200 (Certified Yoga Teacher with 200 hours). I am a member of Yoga International and the British Wheel of Yoga. I am currently continuing my education to achieve 500 hours.
I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. I offer classes and private sessions, as well as nutritional advice to help my clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.
